I believe it's his shot to miss...high expectations for a young guy but I'm certain he can elevate his game.

It looks like the Canucks are leaving a spot open for training camp. Like JoGuitar said, it's pretty much his spot to lose.

He has improved tremendously, if this year was his draft year he would have gone in the top 3. His skating was the one part of his game that none of the scouts liked they all thought he would be to slow for the NHL, but after working with Dave Gagner last summer he has impoved that aspect iof his game. Like the posters above me have said its his spot to lose
